As Product Designer, I worked closely with the product design team, product manager and engineering team throughout this project. Presentations to C Suite Execs and stakeholders were frequent throughout the development.

I was responsible for user research, wireframing, creating low and high fidelity mockups of user flows, and prototyping. While there are more features within the SaaS platform, I specifically worked on building out the flows for Organization Creation, User Account Profile, Insights & Reporting Dashboard, Price Optimization and the Developer Experience.

Spresso is a modular SaaS solutions platform that uses machine learning, advanced analytics and AI to provide actionable data-driven insights for better business outcomes. For management, engineers and sales reps, Spresso continues to democratize advanced analytics by offering actionable insights, enabling businesses of all shapes and sizes to act on their most powerful asset: their data.

Spresso’s mission is to democratize advanced analytics by providing actionable insights to businesses of all sizes. The challenge was to design an intuitive admin console and core flows for management, engineers, and sales representatives that enabled seamless organization setup, user management, reporting, and developer interactions — all while reducing friction and supporting scalability.

As the foundation of the platform went underway, a variety of problems surfaced.

  • Organization creation was originally manual via Auth0, creating scalability and security challenges.

  • Admin users struggled with inviting team members, managing roles, and accessing credentials efficiently.

  • Users needed a centralized, reliable console to manage profiles, permissions, and data insights.

  • The dashboard and developer tools had to cater to both technical and non-technical users.
